Pickup Truck Accessories Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable pickup truck accessories
- Drive sales growth through direct outreach, follow-ups, and account management
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries professionally
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product offerings and sales strategies
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably in automotive/truck accessories
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
- Passion for pickup trucks and aftermarket modifications is a plus
- Proficiency in English (French/Mandarin is a plus)

Amazon Operations & Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon listings (keyword research, pricing, inventory)
- Monitor sales performance, rankings, and customer feedback
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with warehouse team for order fulfillment and logistics
- Monitor Amazon account health metrics and policy compliance
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry trend research
- Assist with promotional campaigns (Lightning Deals, PPC ads)
Requirements
- Experience in Amazon operations/e-commerce/customer service
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and optimization best practices
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
